Luther Culpepper has been practicing law for the past 18 years in Northampton, Hertford and Bertie Counties. After graduating from Campbell Law School in 1994, he returned home to Northampton County and opened his office. Mr. Culpepper is currently President of the Northampton County Bar and vice-president of the 6B Judicial District Bar. He is a member of the Northampton County Chamber of Commerce and Hertford County PAWS.
